At the age of 6 he entered the team Banik Ostrava with relentless enthusiasm to play football. Unfortunately, his expectations were not met and at the age of 12, he transferred to the second league FC Hlucin. His father was a great support who was giving him courage and confidence in every situation.
2010 - 2012
FC Hlucin
In the first year, he played 14 matches for the team FC Hlucin. Followed by a six-months as a player on loan at SFC Opava. The year 2012 was a year of transfer to the highest Czech competition, he got picked by FC Slovan Liberec.
2012 - 2018
FC Slovan Liberec
He played for the team Slovan in the position of right defender, twice won third place in the highest football league.He played in the core group of the European League. He decided the match with a goal at the Olympique Marseille stadium and thanks to that he was ranked in the top eleven round.
2018 - 2020
SK Slavia Praha
In the summer of 2018, he moved to Slavia, where he celebrated a double (winner of 1 league and the Czech Cup). He reached the quarterfinals of the European League and played in a group of the Champions League.He fought his way through to the national team of the Czech Republic with his performance and diligence in Slavia.

The competition for the most beautiful children's image for the West Ham United logo in the age group 5-8 was a success.The best ones received valuable football gifts. In addition, the Kapka naděje Endowment Fund from Vladimir received a financial donation for the Department of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at the University Hospital in Motol for each image received in the competition.
Patron of a youth football camp
In 2021, Vladimír became the patron of the football camp for young players, which took place in the Polish sports center Goslaw. Vladimír's active participation was not only about passing on experience but also motivating children on their paths to success. A good thing was not forgotten during the camp, the Children's Home in Čeladná received an interesting financial contribution.
